- • Manage end-to-end release readiness planning for learning deliverables, aligning training publication timelines with product release schedules to ensure timely enablement.
- • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, support, documentation, and marketing teams to define learning requirements and confirm acceptance criteria for each release.
- • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): create and maintain courses, configure learning paths, manage user enrollments, and resolve platform technical issues.
- • Develop and maintain standardized release checklists and runbooks that outline required learning assets, review cycles, approval workflows, and sign-off procedures for launch readiness.
- • Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and delivery of eLearning content, live training sessions, and just-in-time enablement activities tied to product releases.
- • Monitor and analyze learning completion rates, engagement metrics, and learner feedback to generate reports that inform release retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Conduct quality assurance checks on all learning content to ensure accessibility, version accuracy, and alignment with current product functionality and behavior.
- • Lead post-release assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and recommend iterative improvements to content, delivery methods, or delivery timing.
- • Leverage AI-assisted tools to draft, summarize, or outline training content and automate routine LMS tasks, while applying instructional design judgment to validate and refine outputs before publication.
- • Communicate release training status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders with clarity and urgency to ensure timely resolution and on-time launches.
- • Maintain detailed project plans to manage multiple concurrent release cycles and training initiatives across different product lines.
- • Document and standardize internal processes for learning operations and LMS administration to ensure scalability and team consistency.
- • Mentor and coach other training managers and team members, facilitating career pathing discussions and encouraging both upward mobility and lateral development.
- • Set individual and team performance goals aligned with overall product line objectives and hold team members accountable for deliverables.
- • Support the creation of supplementary learning assets such as job aids, quick reference guides, and microlearning modules to enhance formal training.
- • Participate in pilot programs for emerging learning technologies, tools, or content formats to evaluate and recommend adoption.
- • Assist with basic multimedia editing or coordinate with design teams to produce course visuals and assets.
- • Provide occasional support during live training sessions or learner office hours to address participant questions and gather real-time feedback.
- • Contribute to process improvement retrospectives focused on optimizing release readiness workflows and learning operations efficiency.
- • Ensure all training materials adhere to accessibility standards and organizational branding guidelines.
- • Collaborate with the broader Coaching and Training Services team to share best practices and align on cross-team enablement strategies.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of training development workflows and track progress through internal systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of professional experience in release coordination, learning operations, instructional design operations, or LMS administration
- • Demonstrated experience with release management or release planning processes, including cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- • Deep knowledge and experience in curriculum design, development, and delivery across multiple formats
- • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects under tight deadlines
- • Proficiency in using learning technologies including LMS platforms, analytics tools, and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
