- • Own the full top-of-funnel motion for Task Buddie’s national expansion. You will be the first human touchpoint for hundreds of prospects, translating cold outreach into warm, qualified opportunities that our senior sales team can close. Every conversation you spark directly fuels our revenue engine and shapes how the market experiences our brand.
- • Build and continuously refresh a high-quality prospect universe. Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, industry lists, and creative web research, you will identify decision-makers in property management, facilities, and related verticals who fit our ICP. You’ll tag, tier, and prioritize accounts so that no high-value lead is left behind.
- • Execute a disciplined, multi-channel outreach cadence. Expect to send 40–60 personalized emails, place 25–30 calls, and engage via LinkedIn voice notes or video snippets every day. You will A/B test subject lines, refine call scripts, and iterate messaging based on open/response rates and leadership feedback.
- • Run crisp discovery calls that uncover pain points, budget, authority, and timeline. When you sense strong buying intent, you will seamlessly transition the prospect to a demo with our senior AE or leadership team, providing detailed hand-off notes so the next step feels effortless for both the buyer and your teammate.
- • Shepherd opportunities through early- and mid-funnel stages. You’ll schedule follow-ups, send ROI calculators, and share case studies to keep momentum alive. Your CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot) will be impeccable—every call, email, and note logged so leadership can forecast with confidence.
- • Partner with marketing to convert campaign responses into pipeline. When a webinar attendee or e-book downloader raises their hand, you will be the first to call, qualifying interest within minutes rather than days. Your feedback on lead quality will directly influence future content and targeting.
- • Collaborate weekly with sales leadership to refine our playbook. Bring real-world data: which verticals reply fastest, which objections surface most, which sequences convert. Together we will sharpen our ICP, adjust pricing talk-tracks, and roll out new enablement assets.
- • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and transparency. We celebrate wins on Slack, dissect losses in Gong, and share best practices every Friday. Your voice will shape not just your own success, but the trajectory of the entire sales org.
- • Achieve and exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets. Your quota will be ambitious yet attainable: 30–40 qualified demos set and $250K+ in new ARR sourced per quarter. We provide the tools, training, and territory—you bring the grit.
- • Grow into a future sales leader. Top performers move into Senior AE, Team Lead, or Strategic Account roles within 12–18 months. We fund Sandler or MEDDPICC certifications and give you room to own larger deals and mentor new reps.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of outbound sales, business development, or lead-generation experience (SaaS or marketplace preferred, but we will train high-potential candidates)
- • Proven ability to manage a high-volume prospecting cadence (40+ activities/day) while maintaining quality personalization
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can craft a compelling email and hold a confident phone conversation with C-level buyers
- • Self-starter mentality—thrive in a 100 % remote environment with minimal oversight and consistently hit or exceed quota
- • CRM fluency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.)
