  • • As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be instrumental in supporting our existing customer base by facilitating changes to their current insurance policies. You will act as a crucial point of contact, leveraging our partnerships with over 55 insurance carriers to provide exceptional service.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their needs with efficiency and a genuine desire to help. This involves processing a variety of service requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction.
  • • Key responsibilities include managing requests for adding or removing vehicles and drivers from policies, updating lienholder information, and promptly sending out essential policy documents. You will be the go-to person for customers seeking to make these important adjustments to their coverage.
  • • Beyond administrative tasks, you will play a vital role in educating customers about their existing insurance policies. This includes clarifying coverage details, explaining policy benefits, and guiding them through any changes they wish to make, ensuring they fully understand their options and decisions.

You will proactively engage with policyholders who may be at risk of cancellation, employing problem-solving skills to identify solutions that meet their needs and encourage them to remain with Jerry. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, demonstrating a proven track record of handling customer interactions effectively.
  • • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • • A strong passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
  • • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of employment, with Jerry covering the costs.
