- • As a Call Center Agent at Jerry.ai, you will handle inbound calls from existing customers to process policy service requests and answer coverage questions.
- • Day to day, you will add/remove vehicles and drivers, send policy documents, update lienholders, and work retention cases to prevent cancellations.
- • Jerry.ai is a fast‑growing fintech super app for car owners, serving 4–5M customers and partnering with 55+ insurance carriers.
- • In this role, you can earn your P&C license, support customers remotely, and help scale a top‑rated, AI‑driven product.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service experience preferred.
- • 2+ years of call center or customer support experience.
- • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- • Excellent verbal communication and empathy for customers.
- • Basic understanding of insurance terminology or willingness to learn.
- • Comfortable working remotely with provided equipment.
- • Ability to work flexible schedules (5×8 or 4×10 shifts).
- • Self‑motivated, coachable, and committed to retention outcomes.
