  • • Conduct scheduled, high-impact virtual consultations via Zoom—no cold-calling ever—using warm, pre-qualified inbound leads delivered daily; each conversation is an opportunity to educate, empathize, and enroll the right coverage at the right time.
  • • Master AO Globe Life’s 70-year portfolio of supplemental health, accident, and life products so you can translate complex policy language into clear, personalized recommendations that fit each household’s budget and risk profile.
  • • Maintain meticulous digital records in AO’s cloud CRM, tagging interactions, uploading signed e-forms, and scheduling follow-ups so every client feels remembered and every renewal opportunity is captured.
  • • Collaborate weekly with a tenured mentor and a squad of remote peers in live training huddles, role-play sessions, and product-update workshops designed to sharpen consultative selling skills and keep compliance standards best-in-class.
  • • Build long-term relationships that extend far beyond the first enrollment; you’ll check in at policy anniversaries, assist with claims questions, and become the trusted advisor clients call first when life changes.
  • • Track your own KPI dashboard—consultation volume, conversion rate, persistency, and client-satisfaction scores—then iterate weekly with your coach to hit aggressive but attainable income milestones.
  • • Contribute to AO Globe Life’s mission of protecting 1 million working families by 2030; your enrollments directly fund union hardship grants and veteran scholarships, so every sale has measurable social impact.
  • • Leverage flexible scheduling to design a workday that fits your life—whether that means 7 a.m. calls with East-coast teachers or evening sessions with West-coast nurses—while still averaging 20–25 focused consultation hours per week.
  • • Earn uncapped, commission-based pay with weekly direct deposits, monthly production bonuses, and vested renewals that can create five-figure passive income streams by year three.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Authorized to work in the United States
  • • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam and headset
