- • Represent leading biotechnology clients through inbound and outbound telecommunications with consumers and healthcare providers.
- • Deliver exceptional customer service that directly impacts Inizio’s reputation and client outcomes.
- • Adhere strictly to client-specific program scripts, guidelines, and data capture protocols in designated databases.
- • Communicate medical information clearly and empathetically, helping callers understand complex terminology.
- • Maintain high-quality standards across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- • Follow all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with strict attention to detail.
- • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality in full compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
- • Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed to support team efficiency and operational needs.
- • Exhibit strong tele-management skills and professional telephone manner in all interactions.
- • Demonstrate effective organizational abilities to manage shifting priorities and workload demands.
- • Collaborate within a team environment to ensure seamless delivery of patient and provider support programs.
- • Participate in coaching and supporting a team of Healthcare Communicators to enhance overall performance.
- • Work exclusively during scheduled shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
- • Maintain a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office space for all work activities.
- • Utilize a computer keyboard and mouse with proficiency to navigate systems and input data accurately.
- • Ensure stable, reliable, high-speed home internet connectivity to support uninterrupted communication.
