- • As a Remote Content Marketing Strategist at Brafton Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for mid-to-large scale organizations by developing and executing data-informed content strategies that align with client business objectives, enhance SEO performance, boost social engagement, and generate qualified leads—directly contributing to Brafton’s mission of elevating marketing content to new global standards.
- • You will manage a diverse portfolio of 20-25 clients across various industries, serving as their trusted advisor by building deep relationships, understanding their unique market challenges, and translating business goals into customized content initiatives that deliver clear ROI through consistent performance reporting and strategic adaptation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess their current content performance, conducting competitive and audience research, developing comprehensive multi-channel content strategies (encompassing blogs, video, infographics, web content, and social media), and presenting actionable plans supported by statistical insights and trend analysis.
- • You will collaborate closely with Brafton’s specialized content creation teams—including editorial, graphics, video, and social media specialists—as well as the web integration team to ensure seamless execution of strategies, oversee project timelines, manage deliverables, and maintain quality control from concept through publication and distribution.
- • A core aspect of your role involves identifying opportunities for account expansion and client retention by crafting compelling statements of work, proposing next-phase strategies, and demonstrating how ongoing content investment supports clients’ revenue goals and competitive positioning in their respective markets.
- • You will leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms to track campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and refine strategies in real time, ensuring that all initiatives are optimized for maximum engagement, lead generation, and search visibility.
- • Beyond execution, you will contribute to Brafton’s thought leadership by staying ahead of emerging content formats, algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends, sharing insights internally to elevate team expertise and externally to reinforce the company’s reputation as an innovator in the content marketing space.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, content marketing strategy, or digital marketing consulting
- • Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategy, Google Analytics, Google Ads, web analytics, and social media strategy
- • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple client initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- • Exceptional communication, organizational, and client relationship-building abilities
- • Commercial acumen: understanding of how businesses generate revenue and make strategic marketing decisions
