- • You will manage a portfolio of 20-25 clients, serving as their trusted advisor through deep account management, where you build long-term relationships, uncover business needs, and translate strategic insights into actionable content plans that deliver ROI, all while operating with exceptional organisational rigor in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess their current content performance, conducting market and audience research, interpreting analytics from tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads, and developing comprehensive, multi-channel content strategies encompassing blogs, video, infographics, and web content that are optimised for UX and conversion.
- • You will collaborate closely with Brafton’s specialised internal teams—editorial, graphics, video, social media, and web integration—to bring strategies to life, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and quality control across all content assets while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- • A core focus of your role will be revenue retention and growth: you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, craft compelling statements of work, and present renewal strategies that demonstrate clear value, directly impacting your performance metrics and eligibility for incentive-based compensation.
- • You will continuously monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, translating data into clear, client-facing reports that justify strategy adjustments and showcase tangible business impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, content marketing strategy, or digital marketing consulting with demonstrable success in client retention and revenue growth
- • Expertise in SEO strategy, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media strategy, and web analytics, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content plans
- • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, capable of juggling 20-25 client accounts while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
- • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in consulting C-level stakeholders and articulating complex strategies clearly and persuasively
- • Commercial acumen—understanding how businesses generate revenue and make marketing investment decisions in competitive markets
