🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of two years of customer service experience specifically supporting a commercial health plan (excluding Medicare, Medicaid, or Pharmacy-only plans).
- • Must reside and work within the United States in either the Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.
- • Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant office technologies.
