Your role is crucial in maintaining Summit Racing's reputation for exceptional service and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive. You will be empowered to assist customers with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, shipping inquiries, product returns, warranty claims, addressing concerns about damaged or missing parts, processing refunds, and providing package tracking information. Your ability to listen attentively, troubleshoot effectively, and offer solutions will be key to your success.
  • • We understand that exceptional service requires the right tools and support. Summit Racing will provide you with company-issued equipment, including a desktop application (Talkdesk), to facilitate your daily tasks. You will be trained to navigate these systems proficiently, ensuring you have everything you need to excel. The calls you will handle are exclusively inbound, meaning you'll be responding to customers who are actively seeking your assistance. This allows you to focus on providing solutions and building rapport, rather than cold-calling.
  • • This role demands a high level of initiative, motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll need to develop a strong understanding of our product lines and be able to articulate technical details about vehicle systems, or possess a sincere desire to learn them. The automotive industry is complex, and your ability to quickly grasp and apply this knowledge will be highly valued. Multitasking, effective time management, and the ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure are essential. You will be expected to follow instructions, respond to leadership direction, and consistently meet and strive to exceed department standards for both personal and team production.
