  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of service requests, including the addition or removal of vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and providing essential policy documents.
  • • You will expertly address customer inquiries regarding policy details, coverages, and benefits, offering clear and accurate information to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • • Demonstrated passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
  • • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of starting employment (company-sponsored).
