- • As a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in helping millions of car owners manage their insurance needs through Jerry’s #1 rated AllCar app, directly contributing to customer retention and satisfaction by providing knowledgeable, empathetic support for policy changes and inquiries.
- • You will respond to inbound calls from existing customers seeking assistance with their property and casualty insurance policies, process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and issuing policy documents, all while ensuring accuracy and compliance with carrier guidelines.
- • You will help customers understand their policy coverages, benefits, and exclusions, answer questions about deductibles and claims processes, and guide them through policy modifications to ensure they have the right coverage for their evolving needs.
- • You will actively identify at-risk policyholders and work to retain them by offering tailored solutions, addressing concerns proactively, and turning potential cancellations into opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty and trust in the Jerry platform.
- • You will collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven team that values empathy, efficiency, and continuous improvement, operating within a fast-growing fintech environment that leverages AI and machine learning to simplify car ownership for over 5 million users nationwide.
- • You will receive ongoing training and mentorship from experienced leaders, earn your P&C license with company sponsorship (within 60 days of hire), and develop deep expertise in insurance products across 55+ carrier partners, building a strong foundation for long-term growth in the insurtech industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably handling inbound customer service inquiries.
- • Strong multitasking ability with the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- • Genuine passion for helping others and delivering empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented customer service.
- • Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license, with Jerry covering the cost and providing support to achieve licensure within 60 days of start date.
- • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, accessible terms.
- • Comfort using multiple software systems simultaneously, including CRM tools and carrier portals, to update customer information and process service requests efficiently.
