- • The Remote Dealer Services Specialist II role at Cox Automotive is pivotal in driving client success across Manheim’s wholesale auction network by bridging digital and physical channels to deliver seamless, solution-focused service. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention by acting as a trusted advisor who understands dealer needs and aligns internal resources to meet them.
- • As an Individual Contributor in a hybrid role based in the Atlanta metro area, you will be embedded in the Vehicle Operations team, supporting Manheim ATL and Manheim GA locations while traveling to client dealerships and auctions to ensure consistent, high-touch service delivery.
- • Day to day, you will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with dealer clients through proactive outreach, personalized communication, and tailored solutions that address their inventory, pricing, and sales performance needs.
- • You will partner closely with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams to ensure a unified, coordinated approach that enhances the client experience and eliminates silos in service delivery.
- • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal business units, you will take ownership of issue resolution from start to finish, demonstrating responsiveness, follow-through, and autonomous problem-solving to exceed client expectations.
- • Utilizing a consultative approach, you will analyze dealer sales performance using industry trends, vehicle valuation data, and market insights to provide strategic recommendations that improve their sales tactics and operational efficiency.
- • You will empower clients through personalized coaching on Manheim’s suite of tools and educate them on marketplace policies to ensure compliance, maximize platform utilization, and drive long-term success.
- • Demonstrating strong prioritization and professionalism, you will promptly and professionally address customer care issues, manage competing priorities, and maintain high service standards across all client interactions.
- • You will collaborate with business partners to foster synergies between digital and physical channels, ensuring seamless transaction coordination and consistent service levels across all Manheim touchpoints.
- • Through your solution-focused mindset, you will lead aspects of the sales process by leveraging data to inform decisions, educate stakeholders, and drive successful transactions that benefit both clients and Cox Automotive.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in wholesale automotive operations, develop advanced consultative selling and relationship management skills, and gain exposure to cross-functional business units within a market-leading organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or equivalent combination (e.g., bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience)
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention to detail abilities
- • Ability to build strong business relationships and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- • Problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- • Previous experience as a Wholesale Specialist (preferred)
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferred)
