• • Day-to-day responsibilities include connecting with patients on the Medsien platform, building rapport, communicating program benefits with clarity and empathy, listening to concerns, handling objections compassionately, guiding patients through enrollment step-by-step, managing patient call pipelines and follow-ups, accurately documenting interactions in Medsien’s systems, and collaborating with the clinical operations team to ensure smooth transition into ongoing care programs.
