📋 Description

• We’re looking for a Mid-Level Demolition Estimator with 3+ years of specialized U.S. demolition estimating experience.
• This is a full-time remote role responsible for quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, vendor coordination, and pre-construction support.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for demolition projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and cost breakdowns.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, and project documents.
• Process RFIs, submittals, revisions, and bid updates.
• Conduct vendor and subcontractor outreach for pricing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and support pre-construction activities.
• Track bids, costs, and estimating information using Excel and QuickBooks.
• Provide general operational and administrative support related to demolition bidding.
• Maintain accurate and organized estimating documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on U.S. demolition estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of demolition scopes, quantities, labor, equipment, disposal, hauling, and other demolition-specific cost factors.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.

🏖️ Benefits

• Compensation: $1,500–$2,500/month.
• Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (40 hours/week).
• Location: Remote, Latin America.
