📋 Description
- • Participate in a paid moderated user research session for Testlio, a global testing company, to provide honest feedback on a financial/payment app experience.
- • Complete real tasks including creating an account, verifying identity, linking a bank account, and transferring a small reimbursed amount while sharing thoughts aloud during a live video call.
- • Join a 1-hour session between May 11–15, 2024, as an everyday user in Israel, helping improve app usability through authentic, unscripted feedback.
- • Contribute to product improvement by speaking openly about your experience, with all sensitive data protected via blurring/redaction and strict confidentiality protocols.
🎯 Requirements
- • Available for a 1-hour live video session between May 11 – May 15, 2024
- • At least 18 years old and physically located in Israel as an Israeli citizen
- • Fluent in both Hebrew and English
- • Possess an Israeli phone number and a bank account with Bank Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, or Bank Mizrahi
- • Have at least two valid IDs (Teudat Zehut, passport, or driver’s license)
- • Own an iOS or Android mobile phone and be comfortable sharing verbal feedback during live app usage
