📋 Description

• As a Remote Inpatient Telepharmacist on the third shift, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals using innovative technology, ensuring safe and effective medication management while enhancing care coordination and patient outcomes.
• Day to day, you will provide remote pharmacy services including order entry, verification, and clinical review; evaluate medication orders for interactions or risks; deliver drug information and clinical guidance; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams; document clinical activity accurately; and support quality improvement initiatives.
• You will be part of Evernorth, a division of The Cigna Group, dedicated to improving health and vitality through innovative health services and committed to enhancing the lives of clients, customers, and patients.
• In this role, you can deepen your clinical expertise in inpatient pharmacy, gain experience with multiple pharmacy information systems and remote clinical technology platforms, and contribute to performance and productivity goals while supporting diverse patient populations including pediatric, geriatric, and medically complex patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license with ability to obtain and maintain licensure in multiple states
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience
• Licensed in a minimum of three of the following states: MA, NH, VT, CT, ME
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work (cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload)
