Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-cycle IT Recruiter with a specialized focus on ERP systems to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for a candidate based in the U.S. who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will play a critical role in supporting our federal contracts by managing high-volume hiring across a diverse range of ERP and IT roles. Your contributions will be essential to our success in proposal staffing, securing new contract awards, and facilitating rapid project ramp-ups.
- • As a hands-on recruiter, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of the recruitment process. This includes expertly managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously, conducting thorough and insightful candidate screens, and actively participating in compensation discussions. A significant aspect of this role involves a strong emphasis on W2 hiring, including the crucial skill of converting candidates from C2C (Contract-to-Contract) arrangements to W2 employment. This requires a nuanced understanding of different employment models and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of W2 employment to potential hires.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive full-cycle recruiting support for a variety of ERP and IT positions. This encompasses both functional and technical roles across leading ERP platforms such as Oracle (including EBS and Cloud), SAP, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Dynamics. You will also recruit for a broad array of related IT roles that complement these ERP systems, ensuring we have the specialized talent needed to meet our clients' complex requirements.
- • You will be adept at reviewing intricate job requirements and translating them into highly effective and targeted sourcing strategies. This involves not only identifying candidates with the right technical skills but also assessing their functional expertise, understanding their career aspirations, and verifying their experience with federal contracting environments. Your ability to conduct detailed candidate screens will be paramount in evaluating these critical aspects.
- • A key function of this role is supporting proposal staffing efforts. This means proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates who meet the specific requirements of upcoming proposals, often before the contracts are even awarded. You will also be instrumental in supporting project ramp-ups and contract expansions, ensuring that we can quickly scale our teams to meet new demands and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- • This position demands a high-volume recruiting approach, where you will manage a significant number of open requisitions concurrently. You will be expected to recruit for roles that are time-sensitive and often challenging to fill, aligning your efforts with strict proposal and delivery timelines. Adaptability is crucial, as you must be prepared to pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities and evolving job requirements.
- • Building and nurturing strong, lasting candidate relationships across the ERP and IT domains is a cornerstone of this role. You will develop and manage long-term talent pipelines, proactively engaging with potential candidates to build a robust talent pool for current and future needs, particularly within the federal contracting space. Maintaining regular, transparent communication with candidates is essential to foster ongoing engagement and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- • You will actively support compensation discussions, which includes presenting offers of employment, addressing candidate inquiries and concerns, and ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and approved compensation ranges. A critical part of this is clearly explaining the company's benefits, employment policies, and the overall total compensation package to potential hires.
- • A primary focus will be on W2 hiring. You will be responsible for clearly articulating the differences between W2 and C2C employment models and actively supporting the conversion of C2C candidates to W2 status whenever feasible and beneficial. This requires a strong understanding of the legal and financial implications of both employment types and the ability to effectively advocate for W2 employment.
- • You will collaborate closely with HR and Compensation teams during the offer finalization process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for the candidate. This partnership is vital for maintaining consistency and accuracy in our hiring practices.
- • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, is expected. You will leverage these tools to post job openings, meticulously track candidate progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all recruiting activities. Ensuring that all recruiting activity is properly recorded and compliant with relevant regulations is a key responsibility.
- • Ultimately, you will be dedicated to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is achieved through clear, consistent communication, timely follow-up, and a professional and respectful approach at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract and secure top-tier talent, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.
