- • Lead the Association-wide enablement strategy for marketing and advertising technology capabilities, driving adoption and transformation across USAA using platforms including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data 360.
- • Own and innovate the roadmap for change management and training programs designed to maximize the value of MarTech solutions across marketing, technology, and operations teams.
- • Design and deliver scalable, user-centric enablement frameworks that accelerate technology adoption and optimize performance through training programs, communication plans, and best practices.
- • Partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, technology, and operations to serve as a thought leader, inspiring teams to embrace innovation and improve technical proficiency in MarTech ecosystems.
- • Facilitate the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products and experiences for USAA members by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including UX, Business, Technology, and Ops.
- • Translate customer needs and technological opportunities into actionable initiatives, requirements, epics, and features, driving execution strategy from ideation to market validation.
- • Develop and shepherd complex Digital/Technology product and experience opportunities through the full lifecycle, aligning with strategic priorities and ensuring alignment across departments.
- • Create Business Case artifacts and hypotheses to scope, prioritize, and justify innovation investments related to MarTech enablement and digital product development.
- • Apply advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques and analytical rigor to measure product and experience performance against KPIs and KRIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- • Generate meaningful insights through multiple tools and resources to uncover opportunities for enhancing digital products, experiences, and enablement programs.
- • Lead cross-functional product teams to discover, design, and build new digital and technology-driven products and features by coordinating efforts with organizational leaders.
- • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and communications to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, to articulate complex concepts and strategic initiatives.
- • Conduct internal and external research and situational analysis to identify industry best practices and emerging trends, applying them to increase the effectiveness of digital and MarTech solutions.
- • Maintain and apply advanced knowledge of Business, Technology, UX, and product management principles to guide enablement and product strategy.
- • Serve as a resource to team members, assisting with onboarding and mentoring new employees in MarTech enablement and product development practices.
- • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in compliance with USAA’s risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- • Leverage emerging technologies such as digital learning platforms and AI-driven training personalization to enhance user experience and adoption of MarTech platforms.
- • Ensure enablement programs support interconnected systems including CDP, CRM, workflow tools, and outbound marketing platforms with a holistic understanding of the MarTech ecosystem.
- • Define and track success metrics for technology adoption and use data-driven insights to optimize enablement strategies and training outcomes.
- • Drive clarity and alignment among teams and stakeholders by applying big-picture thinking to enablement, product strategy, and digital transformation efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing
- • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- • Proven ability to develop, influence, present, and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and leadership
- • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environment
- • Knowledge of digital and technology strategy, roadmap development, journey mapping, competitive analysis, and situation analysis methods
- • Experience applying Experience Design and Human Centered Design concepts to product and experience delivery
