- • Remote Membership Sales and Service Representative role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership growth through inbound and outbound calls.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling member inquiries via phone, resolving billing and renewal issues, processing payments, selling new memberships and upgrades, providing travel and destination information, assisting with Triptik requests, and supporting disaster-related overflow calls.
- • Part of ACG Systems, Inc., a division of AAA The Auto Club Group, the second-largest AAA club in North America, serving over 14 million members across 14 states and two U.S. territories with a mission to enhance members’ lives through travel, insurance, financial services, and roadside assistance.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced, computer-automated business environment
- • Basic PC navigation, internet usage, email proficiency, and ability to toggle between applications
- • Excellent communication and customer service skills with goal-setting and teamwork abilities
- • Ability to set up home office equipment and troubleshoot minor connectivity issues
- • Must qualify, obtain, and maintain applicable state licenses for selling or servicing ACG products
