- • As a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Home Loans, you will originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, guiding borrowers through the home financing process while ensuring compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- • You will work within one of two specialized lending teams: a high-volume, lead-driven, phone-based environment focused on rapid conversion and scaling customer relationships, or a consultative, market-based model centered on building long-term strategic partnerships with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
- • You will leverage Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health, meet productivity metrics and funding expectations, and partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow your career within Zillow Group’s FinTech division, where you’ll help reshape the home financing experience using industry-leading technology, brand strength, and operational scale, while developing expertise in mortgage origination, client relationship management, and performance-driven sales in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions
- • Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content
- • Physically located in and working remotely from Arkansas
- • Proven success originating purchase loans in either a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model
- • Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
