• • As a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Group, you will originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, guiding borrowers from first contact to funding while ensuring compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• • You will convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up, build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents, manage an active pipeline to meet service levels and productivity metrics, and leverage Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools.
• • You will partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams, maintain active licensing, complete required education, and stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements to provide tailored financing solutions.
