- • As a Remote Principal Project Manager at Alignment Healthcare, you will be a key driver of process optimization and project success across the organization, responsible for defining strategic direction and improving operational execution to support the mission of serving seniors and the chronically ill.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement a standardized project management framework, lead process improvement initiatives, manage capacity and demand for IT resources, drive change management, oversee enterprise-wide projects, mentor junior project managers, track performance metrics, evaluate tools and technologies, collaborate cross-functionally, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise project governance, influence organizational change without direct authority, build leadership capabilities in mentoring and coaching, and deliver measurable impact through data-driven process optimization and strategic initiative execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, process improvement, information technology, and/or business analysis, with at least 5 years in a principal or leadership role
- • PMP certification and/or other relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, or Scrum Master
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- • Deep expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- • Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence change without direct authority
