📋 Description

• • As a Remote Principal Project Manager (Temporary) at Alignment Healthcare, LLC, you will drive process optimization and project success across the organization by defining strategic direction and improving operational execution. You will lead the development and implementation of a unified project management framework while analyzing, designing, and improving core business processes to ensure consistency, predictability, and quality in delivery.
• • Day to day, you will design and govern scalable project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, manage capacity and demand for IT resources, lead change management initiatives including training and workshops, oversee enterprise-wide projects with significant financial impact, mentor junior project managers, define and track KPIs through dashboards, evaluate and optimize project management tools like Jira and Visio, collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals, proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles and data-driven decision-making.
