- • As a Remote Provider Engagement Specialist for Alignment Healthcare, you will play a critical role in supporting the performance and growth objectives of assigned markets by building strong relationships with primary care and specialist providers, directly contributing to improved health outcomes for seniors and chronically ill populations.
- • Day to day, you will conduct provider onboarding and ongoing education, perform in-person visits to review performance metrics, analyze data to deliver actionable insights, develop engagement strategies to improve quality scores, and serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries while managing issues related to access, claims, and eligibility.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare quality metrics including HEDIS, Stars, and Risk Adjustment, strengthen your skills in provider relationship management and data-driven decision making, and gain hands-on experience in network operations and contracting within a mission-focused healthcare organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in provider relations, contracting, or network management within an HMO, IPA, medical group, or healthcare organization
- • Strong understanding of HEDIS, Stars, Risk Adjustment, and MLR
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required
- • Ability to travel up to 80% by car within the assigned market
