- • As a Remote ADU Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client's growth, managing a robust pipeline of inbound B2C leads. This is a critical role focused on the initial stages of the sales cycle, encompassing lead qualification, in-depth consultations, and meticulous follow-up to ensure every client's unique needs are met with tailored ADU solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to expertly navigate the top of the sales funnel, converting interested prospects into qualified leads and ultimately, satisfied customers. This involves understanding client requirements, presenting compelling solutions, and fostering strong relationships built on trust and expertise.
- • You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and maintaining Lavendo Inc.'s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in B2C sales, a deep understanding of sales technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively in both American English (C1-C2 level) and Russian.

- • You will be empowered to leverage a suite of advanced sales technologies, including AI tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, dashboards, and various automation tools, to optimize your sales process and enhance client engagement.
- • The role requires a strategic balance of communication methods, with approximately 60% of your time dedicated to written communication and client coordination, and 40% focused on direct phone communication with clients. This blend ensures comprehensive client engagement and efficient workflow management.
