You will be the trusted advisor who meets with pre-qualified clients—virtually or in their homes—to present mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living solutions that fit their exact needs and budget. Every appointment is pre-set by our in-house marketing team, so you focus on what you do best: listening, educating, and closing.
  • • Run 10–15 high-quality appointments per week delivered through our proprietary lead system; no cold-calling, door-knocking, or awkward friend-and-family pitches required. Each lead is generated through direct-mail, digital campaigns, and television infomercials that prompt prospects to raise their hands for help—your job is to show up as the expert who guides them to the right product.
  • • Master a consultative, needs-based sales process that prioritizes education over pressure. You will conduct fact-finding interviews, analyze existing coverage, illustrate gaps, and present side-by-side comparisons of top-rated carriers. Expect to close 40–60 % of appointments in your first 90 days with average case sizes of $600–$1,200 annual premium, translating to weekly commissions of $1,000–$3,000 for part-time reps and $3,000–$7,000 for full-time reps.
  • • Leverage our plug-and-play tech stack: paperless e-application platform with e-signature, CRM that auto-populates underwriting requirements, and a mobile quoting engine that produces carrier illustrations in under two minutes. You will be trained to run the entire process from your laptop or tablet, making the role 100 % remote and location-independent.
  • • Participate in daily Zoom huddles and weekly skill clinics led by six-figure agency leaders who dissect real calls, objection handling, and advanced closing techniques. You will shadow top producers, role-play scripts, and receive one-on-one coaching until you are confidently running appointments solo.
  • • Track personal KPIs in our cloud dashboard—appointments held, closing ratio, average premium, and lifetime residuals—and earn performance-based promotions every 60–90 days. Advance from Field Rep to Senior Rep, then to Agency Owner with vested renewals and override income on your own downline.
  • • Contribute to our mission of protecting 100,000 families by 2030. Every policy you place prevents foreclosure after an unexpected death, eliminates funeral debt, or secures a dignified retirement. Your work creates a ripple effect of financial stability that spans generations.
  • • Enjoy complete autonomy over your calendar. Choose part-time (10–15 hrs/week) to supplement existing income or full-time (30–40 hrs/week) to build a six-figure career. Work mornings, evenings, or weekends—whatever aligns with your lifestyle and family commitments.
  • • Represent only A-rated carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Foresters, and Nationwide, ensuring clients receive rock-solid guarantees and you receive industry-leading commissions and lifetime renewals.
  • • Collaborate with a nationwide network of 500+ agents who share best practices in our private Slack channels and annual incentive trips to destinations like Cabo San Lucas and Nashville. You are in business for yourself, never by yourself.
