- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Tray.ai, you will drive revenue growth by building and managing a strategic pipeline for selling the Merlin Agent Builder and Tray platform to enterprise customers in the UK, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling orchestrated AI across enterprise technology stacks.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and expansion, working closely with the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate Tray in a competitive AI automation landscape.
- • Your day-to-day will involve identifying and engaging technical and line-of-business stakeholders, articulating the value of AI-powered integration and automation in complex enterprise environments, and tailoring solutions to address specific business outcomes such as process efficiency, governance, and scalability.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, gather customer insights, and ensure seamless handoffs post-sale, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM systems.
- • You will continuously refine your approach through feedback, competitive analysis, and experimentation, leveraging Tray’s culture of transparency and learning to improve win rates and deal velocity.
- • You will be responsible for retaining and expanding existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring customer success, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

- • 2-3 years of proven experience selling to enterprise accounts, with a track record of exceeding quota and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical value propositions to both line-of-business and technical buyers, including CIOs, IT leaders, and automation specialists.
- • Experience managing a book of business focused on retention and expansion, with success in growing account value year-over-year through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- • Strong self-motivation and scrappiness — you thrive in competitive environments, enjoy creative problem-solving in deal cycles, and are energized by building and scaling sales strategies from the ground up.
