📋 Description
- • As a Remote SEO Strategist at Brafton Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth for clients across diverse industries by developing and executing data-informed SEO strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise will directly impact client visibility, traffic quality, and conversion performance in an ever-evolving search landscape, making your contributions essential to the success of Brafton’s Consulting Department and its reputation as a trusted digital marketing partner.
- • You will conduct comprehensive technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits to identify opportunities and risks, leveraging tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to diagnose site health, crawlability, indexation issues, and competitive positioning.
- • You will develop customized SEO strategies and roadmaps tailored to client goals, industry benchmarks, and algorithmic trends, including keyword research, content gap analysis, site architecture recommendations, and link-building outreach plans grounded in white-hat best practices.
- • You will collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and paid media specialists to ensure SEO insights are integrated into content briefs, site migrations, and campaign planning, translating technical findings into actionable, non-technical guidance for cross-functional teams.
- • You will monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics 4 and custom dashboards, providing clients with clear, insightful, and visually engaging monthly performance reviews.
- • You will stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts by continuously researching emerging trends (e.g., AI-generated content, E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, voice search) and proactively advising clients on adaptive strategies to maintain or improve search visibility.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading strategy calls, presenting findings with clarity and confidence, and building long-term relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a consultative mindset that positions SEO as a strategic growth lever.
- • You will contribute to internal knowledge sharing by mentoring junior team members, documenting best practices, and participating in team training sessions to elevate the collective SEO expertise within Brafton’s Consulting Department.
- • Brafton is a globally recognized content marketing agency with a strong focus on delivering measurable results through integrated digital strategies; as part of the Consulting Department, you’ll work alongside seasoned strategists, analysts, and creatives who prioritize innovation, collaboration, and client success in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical SEO, strategic planning, and client-facing consulting while gaining exposure to enterprise-level websites across B2B, B2C, and niche industries—positioning you for advancement into senior strategist, team lead, or SEO management roles within the company.
🎯 Requirements

- • Proven proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Moz, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- • Strong technical SEO foundation, including experience with site audits, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt optimization, canonicalization, page speed diagnostics, and mobile-first indexing considerations.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience demonstrating equivalent expertise.
- • Self-directed learner with a proactive mindset—consistently seeks out new knowledge through industry blogs, webinars, conferences, and certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to stay current in a rapidly evolving field.
