  • • As a Remote SEO Strategist at Brafton Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven SEO strategies that directly impact client visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation across diverse industries, helping the company maintain its reputation as a global leader in content marketing innovation.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth SEO audits, developing actionable optimization plans, and producing high-quality reports and proposals that translate complex technical insights into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Day to day, you will utilize industry-leading tools such as SEMRush, MarketMuse, Screaming Frog, Botify, and Google Analytics to assess website health, identify indexing and crawling issues, and uncover opportunities for on-page, technical, and off-page SEO improvements.
  • • You will execute technical SEO tasks including site migration planning, page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals improvements, AMP implementation, and structured data enhancements, ensuring alignment with Google’s evolving algorithmic standards.
  • • Conducting comprehensive keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitive gap assessments will be central to your role, particularly for large-scale organic campaigns and e-commerce clients requiring sophisticated scaling strategies.
  • • You will collaborate closely with content, web development, and analytics teams to integrate SEO best practices into UX redesigns, content calendars, and publishing workflows, ensuring search performance is embedded in every digital initiative.
  • • Regularly monitoring algorithm updates, emerging trends (such as Google Discover and E-A-T), and new rich result formats will be essential, requiring you to continuously educate internal teams and clients through knowledge-sharing sessions and updated deliverables.
  • • Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, you will apply strong project management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional organization across spreadsheets, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
  • • You will craft professional presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel, translating SEO performance into visual stories that drive client understanding and strategic buy-in.
  • • Acting as a versatile team player, you will support cross-functional initiatives, mentor junior team members when appropriate, and contribute to internal process improvements by sharing insights from ongoing learning and experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years or more of experience contributing to or managing SEO programs, preferably in an agency setting with proven success in medium to large brand campaigns, including e-commerce.
  • • Advanced understanding of technical SEO concepts including crawling, indexing, rendering, site migrations, page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, AMP, and structured data, with hands-on experience using tools like Screaming Frog, Botify, SEMRush, and Google Search Console.
  • • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console, intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they affect search performance, and comfort with enterprise platforms such as Conductor Searchlight, Stat, Sistrix, and DeepCrawl.
