- • Serve as a Social Media Engagement moderator for global travel-focused marketing campaigns, primarily promoting Ireland as a premier holiday destination.
- • Engage with users across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to inspire potential visitors through authentic, tone-appropriate interactions.
- • Respond to inquiries and foster community discussions via email, community forums, and social media channels in both French and English.
- • Proactively identify and initiate conversations on social platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with travel content.
- • Demonstrate empathetic and thoughtful communication when handling sensitive or complex user interactions.
- • Research and provide accurate, timely responses to user questions about travel destinations, attractions, and logistics in Ireland.
- • Maintain high standards of grammar, spelling, and punctuation in all written communications in both French (primary) and English.
- • Utilize social media management tools such as Conversocial to streamline engagement workflows and track interactions.
- • Adhere to a weekly commitment of 9 hours, with availability required on Monday–Thursday mornings and Monday–Tuesday afternoons (GMT timezone).
- • Maintain flexible availability to accommodate short-notice shift coverage when needed.
- • Operate from a dedicated laptop or desktop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and a reliable internet connection.
- • Install and comply with ModSquad’s required security software and enable two-factor authentication on both device and mobile phone.
- • Leverage personal travel experience and geographical knowledge of Ireland to enhance the authenticity and relevance of engagement content.
- • Contribute to a global, remote-first team supporting top-tier brands including Tourism Ireland, Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent proficiency in French as primary language, with excellent written English skills
- • Proven experience in social media engagement across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- • Demonstrated ability to write with precision, clarity, and tone-appropriate creativity in both French and English
- • Geographic knowledge of Ireland and its key tourist attractions
