- • As a Remote Support Engineer at Philips, you will deliver fast, expert remote technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure critical systems run smoothly, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s mission to improve lives through health technology.
- • Day to day, you will provide advanced first-line remote support by troubleshooting technical issues within low complexity modalities, receive and document customer service requests from multiple channels, and maintain comprehensive records of diagnostics, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the service management system.
- • You will join a global health technology leader committed to innovation and accessibility, working within a collaborative culture that values teamwork, integrity, and making a meaningful impact on healthcare outcomes worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science-related field or equivalent.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in applications.
- • Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this remote sedentary role, with or without accommodation.
