  • • The Remote Tech Customer Support Analyst III role at RELX PLC provides advanced second-level technical support across multiple platforms and disciplines, ensuring high-quality service delivery and system reliability for customers of LexisNexis Legal & Professional®.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to incidents and service requests with professionalism and urgency, delivering clear updates to stakeholders, resolving project-related challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing customer support cases per established protocols, following security protocols for account delegation, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve system operations through automation and cost reduction.
  • • The role sits within LexisNexis Legal & Professional®, a digital pioneer that was the first to bring legal and business information online via Lexis® and Nexis® services, helping customers increase productivity, improve decision-making, and advance the rule of law globally.
  • • In this role, the individual can develop advanced troubleshooting expertise, deepen knowledge of databases and cloud technologies, enhance cross-functional collaboration skills, gain experience in process improvement and automation, and grow into a trusted technical advisor who drives meaningful impact for customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • • 2–3 years of related experience in application support or customer-facing roles
  • • Proficiency in PC environments, including Windows OS, internet, and web browsers
  • • Experience with SQL and DevTools
  • • Able to work an overlap with UK/USA time zones
