• • As a Renewal Inside Sales Rep at SonicWall, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement and revenue growth by managing renewals and subscription expansions within the existing installed base, ensuring long-term customer retention and partner success.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound phone and email communications to customers and channel partners, analyzing subscription data to identify upsell and renewal opportunities, acting as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal sales teams, and supporting lifecycle management initiatives to improve retention and expansion rates.
