📋 Description
- • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8+ field sales and account management professionals across France, driving customer retention, account expansion, and revenue growth within the B2B client portfolio.
- • Coach team members through regular one-on-one sessions and field visits, monitor performance via KPIs, and foster a culture focused on renewal, upselling, and win-back initiatives.
- • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, guide commercial strategies, ensure compliance with internal processes, and provide reporting on team performance and market insights.
- • Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to share best practices and support global growth objectives while operating in a fully remote role with flexibility to attend intentional in-person gatherings.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role with direct team management responsibility
- • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales or account management teams
- • Strong commercial mindset focused on customer retention, revenue growth, and performance delivery
- • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities with a people-first management approach
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
- • Advanced Excel skills and experience with dynamic reporting tools and spreadsheets
