- • As a Renewal Success Manager for Rest of EMEA at DeepL, you will be the commercial architect managing the most critical phase of the customer lifecycle, ensuring that the value realized by customers translates into long-term commercial commitment for DeepL’s Language AI platform.
- • You will strategically lead the renewals process for complex customer engagements, aligning customer health and usage with pricing models and growth-oriented contracts, while designing multi-year agreements that reward adoption and enable future expansion.
- • You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and the broader Go-to-Market team to ensure alignment on the customer journey, maintain forecast accuracy for your region, and collaborate with Global Systems Integrators to align renewal strategy with customers’ digital transformation initiatives.
- • You will develop expertise in SaaS renewal strategies, pricing modeling, contract negotiation, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a fast-growing, purpose-driven AI company that values innovation, transparency, and employee ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success in a commercial renewal role within a SaaS or AI organization
- • Strong collaboration skills with Customer Success, Account Executives, and Go-to-Market teams
- • Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Dutch is a bonus)
