- • Drive end-to-end renewal processes for assigned K–12 education technology accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of subscription renewals.
- • Generate and refine renewal quotes with meticulous attention to detail to support accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
- • Proactively engage customers whose subscriptions are approaching expiration to secure on-time renewals and maximize retention rates.
- • Execute high-volume renewal activities including quoting, follow-up communications, and coordination across internal teams.
- • Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the renewal lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience.
- • Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive account growth and revenue expansion.
- • Leverage product knowledge of Amplify’s classroom platform to enhance renewal conversations and uncover expansion opportunities.
- • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to align on renewal strategy and account-specific goals.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce to support forecasting, reporting, and revenue visibility.
- • Ensure all renewal activities are properly documented for tracking, compliance, and performance reporting.
- • Meet established workflow SLAs while consistently delivering speed, accuracy, and high-quality service.
- • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance team productivity.
- • Support strategic projects aligned with the Renewals team’s objectives and broader revenue generation goals.
- • Pursue ongoing professional development to deepen understanding of EdTech products, subscription models, and the K–12 market.
- • Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and participating in peer learning sessions.
- • Travel up to 10% for training sessions and national sales meetings as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an educational technology or K-12 school environment
- • Experience supporting or managing sales, contract renewals, or customer accounts with a demonstrated track record of success
- • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce.com and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage, analyze, and interpret data effectively
- • Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment
- • Ability to travel up to 10% for training and national sales meetings
