📋 Description

• Represent the company in medical visits and designated sectors to ensure commercial objectives are met and promotional strategies are aligned with company-established strategies.
• Plan, organize, control, and complete visitation routes to maximize daily productivity and close the work cycle.
• Preserve company values and ensure that all available resources are used in compliance with regulations, ethically, and productively.
• Act proactively on all aspects related to medical promotion, interpret, and analyze audit information to ensure desired results.
• Make planned contacts according to potential and manage service and promotional materials according to established alignment.
• Have in-depth knowledge of all products in your line, seeking mastery of their characteristics, advantages, and benefits, as well as positioning against direct and indirect competitors and company-defined strategies.
• Establish contacts and support from peers in other units and colleagues in the retail sector to address doubts and solve potential problems related to your area of activity.
• Maintain a close relationship with doctors and other clients involved in the development of your activities.
• Know and apply knowledge about promoted products and their competitors, as well as promotional materials.
• Ensure and safeguard company assets, such as computers, company vehicles, support materials, samples, promotional materials, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, and Propaganda, or related areas to Health.
• Valid CNH in regular situation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, health, or related industries.
• Basic English level desired.
• Basic knowledge of Office Package.
• Basic knowledge of auditing and market tools.
• Good knowledge of presentation and influence techniques.
