  • • As a Sales Representative for Abbott's Established Pharmaceuticals Division in Mexicali, you will be instrumental in driving sales outcomes through expert medical promotion and the strategic implementation of business initiatives.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to execute company-established strategies to achieve sales targets. This involves effectively promoting Abbott's high-quality, differentiated branded generic medications and leveraging available tools to generate demand within your assigned territory.
  • • You will be tasked with maximizing the potential of your territory by defining and implementing a precise targeting strategy for the medical universe, informed by available audit reports. This will involve engaging with a diverse range of healthcare stakeholders and institutions, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, self-service stores, price clubs, and participating in medical congresses and associations.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to expand the market by identifying and capturing new patient opportunities, particularly through in-hospital work and by fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • • You will be expected to skillfully apply advanced selling techniques (Selling Skills) to accurately assess physicians' communication styles and identify their specific needs. This will enable you to deliver clear, impactful product messages and establish firm prescription commitments.
