- • The Sales Operations Business Partner is a mission-critical individual contributor role that supports WeTravel’s Sales Team and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Product, and other functional areas to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Sales Leaders to drive pipeline development and reliable forecasts, ensuring adherence to sales methodology, analyzing data from HubSpot and Tableau to produce actionable reports, maintaining data integrity in CRM systems, managing lead flow per SLA/KPIs, providing guidance on sales enablement and training certifications, validating transactions, and serving as a strategic business partner in cross-functional initiatives.
- • WeTravel is a fast-growing, international travel technology company focused on transforming the travel industry through innovation and adventure, with a Commercial Operations team dedicated to aligning go-to-market functions, optimizing processes, and building performance discipline for predictable growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales operations, CRM governance, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement, while gaining exposure to SaaS business models and contributing to scalable operating discipline that fuels organizational confidence and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations
- • Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sugar)
- • Skilled at using data to understand and implement system user requirements that drive business priorities
- • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and ability to effectively influence decision-making
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written)
