📋 Description
- • As a Medical Representative in Monterrey, you will drive demand for assigned pharmaceutical products within your territory and therapeutic class, directly contributing to Viatris’ mission of empowering people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life by ensuring access to high-quality medicines for approximately 1 billion patients annually.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-scientific-content medical visits to primary care physicians and specialists, government institutions, private and public hospitals, key accounts, distributors, and pharmacies; ensuring product availability through pharmacy visits and inventory tracking; building relationships with external stakeholders such as opinion leaders and medical societies; collaborating with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to execute strategies; analyzing market data (DDD, Close-Up, inventories) to optimize resource allocation (EMC investment, samples, promotional materials); and consistently meeting sales targets through efficient execution of planned activities and proactive territory management.
- • You will join Viatris Healthcare México, a global healthcare leader recognized on multiple award lists for its impact, operating with a mission to bridge the gap between generics and brands to deliver holistic healthcare solutions across the full spectrum of life—from birth to end of life, acute to chronic conditions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your scientific knowledge of pharmaceutical products and clinical studies, refine advanced sales techniques, strengthen your ability to communicate complex therapeutic information effectively, gain hands-on experience in market analysis and territory planning, and develop cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing to measurable market share growth and sales performance in a dynamic, ethical, and compliance-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in health sciences, business administration, or marketing
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- • Advanced sales skills and strong responsibility, flexibility, agility to change, and rapid learning ability
- • Desirable: English language proficiency
- • Full-time, 100% field-based work with high travel availability and medium openness to relocation
