- • As a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster at Allstate, you will investigate moderately to complex represented claims involving uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) cases where attorneys or litigation are involved, playing a critical role in protecting customers and ensuring fair claim resolutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing coverage, liability, and damages; communicating with customers and attorneys via phone, email, and text; negotiating settlements; utilizing claims platforms and tools; and maintaining accurate documentation in Allstate’s claims system while working remotely from a dedicated home office.
- • You will join Allstate’s Claims team, a mission-driven unit focused on empathy, integrity, and innovation in helping customers recover from accidents, supported by over 90 years of industry leadership in safety advocacy and claims excellence.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in bodily injury claims evaluation, negotiation, and litigation support while gaining proficiency with industry-standard tools and platforms, positioning you for career growth within Allstate’s claims and insurance operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in bodily injury claim evaluations and negotiation
- • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to build rapport and assess claims accurately
- • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently
- • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
- • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims
- • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation
