- • The Research Assistant supports strategic initiatives by conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions. This role plays a key part in translating complex information into structured outputs, coordinating research activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across multiple projects.
- • Day to day, the person will conduct qualitative and quantitative research including market analysis and competitive benchmarking, gather and organize data from multiple sources, prepare reports and presentations, track progress of research efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the development of research methodologies and best practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Global Affairs, or related field
- • 1–3 years of experience in research, analytics, consulting, or a similar role
- • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
