- • As part of the esteemed Research Partnership healthcare market research team, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical research and insights that inform and power crucial healthcare decisions for a diverse range of clients across the entire product lifecycle.
- • This role is embedded within the Research Partnership Custom research team, a dynamic group that collaborates closely with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to address complex marketing, brand, advertising, and communications challenges.
- • You will leverage a sophisticated blend of innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques to deliver actionable intelligence and drive client success.
- • Empower yourself by developing broad expertise across the dynamic healthcare landscape, as the team is intentionally structured to avoid silos by client or therapy area, fostering a holistic understanding and approach.
- • Collaborate with and learn from a wide array of expert senior researchers, gaining invaluable exposure to the full spectrum of research tools and methodologies employed by the team.
- • Take ownership of managing approximately 4 to 5 projects concurrently, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting and exceeding client objectives.
- • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively communicating project progress and insights.
- • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations, translating complex data and research findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
- • Actively support senior management in the training, mentoring, and day-to-day management of junior research staff, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
- • Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in the writing of proposals brought in by directors, showcasing your understanding of client needs and research solutions.
- • Take the lead in implementing and overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing the day-to-day execution and ensuring seamless project delivery.
