- • As a part-time Research Partner, you will be the vital face and voice of Sprig within the dynamic UX research community. This multifaceted role blends the responsibilities of an evangelist, a strategist, and a content creator, aimed at inspiring, educating, and significantly elevating Sprig’s industry presence. You will be instrumental in crafting thought-provoking content, cultivating deep, meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing customers, and representing Sprig at exclusive, high-caliber industry events, including dinners, panels, and major conferences.
- • In close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will be a key driver in championing Sprig’s overarching mission, effectively articulating the profound value proposition of our platform, and actively contributing to both pipeline generation and customer expansion initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity for high visibility and extensive travel, perfectly suited for an individual who thrives at the nexus of thought leadership, community building, and compelling product storytelling.
- • A primary responsibility will be to serve as Sprig’s dedicated part-time industry evangelist. This involves amplifying our mission, articulating our product vision, and clearly communicating our value proposition across the entire UX research ecosystem. You will be expected to develop and present robust business cases, meticulously demonstrating the tangible Return on Investment (ROI) that the Sprig platform delivers to research teams.
- • You will actively partner with research teams at leading Enterprise companies, fostering strategic collaborations and ensuring they leverage Sprig to its full potential. Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects, customers, and influential industry leaders will be paramount. This will be achieved through consistent, authentic engagement and a strong personal presence at key industry gatherings.
- • Content creation will be a significant aspect of this role. You will be responsible for producing high-quality written materials, including insightful blog posts, authoritative thought leadership articles, engaging social media content, practical playbooks, and data-driven research insights designed to enhance brand awareness and stimulate inbound interest.
- • You will play a key role in hosting, speaking at, and attending exclusive, high-end events. This includes prospect dinners, industry panels, community meetups, major conferences, and Sprig-sponsored programs, all aimed at deepening engagement and expanding our reach.
- • Collaboration with the Sales team will be crucial. You will act as a strategic partner, assisting in opening doors, warming up relationships, influencing deal progression, and supporting customer expansion conversations. Your insights and engagement will directly contribute to the success of our sales efforts.
- • This role demands a deep and experienced background in UX Research, encompassing a thorough understanding of various research methodologies, typical workflows, critical decision-making criteria within research teams, and the broader industry landscape. You must possess the ability to articulate a strong, compelling point of view, command attention in any setting, and cultivate a personal brand that naturally attracts industry interest.
- • Exceptional storytelling capabilities are essential. You will need to craft engaging narratives and compelling content across multiple mediums, including written word, spoken presentations, visual aids, and formal presentations. A polished executive presence is required, enabling comfortable and credible engagement with leaders at top technology companies.
- • The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, possessing a personable and approachable demeanor, with a proven skill in forming authentic connections with prospects, customers, and industry partners. Adaptability is key, as you will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to evolving priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for clear, concise, and persuasive interactions. Finally, you must be a self-starter, comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while also collaborating effectively across Sales and Marketing functions.
