- • As a Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) within Databricks' Professional Services team, you will be at the forefront of empowering our clients to conquer their most complex big data challenges using the cutting-edge Databricks platform.
- • This role is pivotal in driving short to medium-term customer engagements, where you will leverage your deep expertise in data engineering, data science, and cloud technologies to deliver transformative solutions.
- • Your primary focus will be on integrating Databricks into diverse client ecosystems, providing essential training, and executing various technical tasks to ensure clients maximize the value derived from their data assets.
- • As a billable resource, you will be responsible for the successful completion of projects, adhering strictly to specifications while maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service and technical delivery.
- • You will report directly to the Manager of Professional Services, contributing to the strategic growth and success of the team.
- • The impact you will have is significant, as you will work on a variety of impactful customer technical Big Data projects that are crucial for their business success.
- • These projects may involve building robust reference architectures, developing comprehensive how-to guides, and creating production-grade Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that set new benchmarks in data and AI implementation.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, guiding them through the implementation of transformational big data projects and complex third-party migrations.
- • This includes end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to consult on architecture and design, providing expert guidance to bootstrap or implement strategic customer projects.
- • Your efforts will directly lead to customers' successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of the Databricks platform, fostering long-term partnerships and driving innovation.
- • You will collaborate closely with Databricks' Engineering and Customer Support teams, providing invaluable product and implementation feedback.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience with Big Data Technologies such as Apache Spark™, Kafka, Cloud Native, and Data Lakes in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
- • 6+ years of experience working on Big Data Architectures independently.
- • Strong experience working within the Databricks ecosystem.
- • Comfortable writing code in either Python or Scala.
- • Experience working across Cloud Platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure).
- • Excellent documentation and white-boarding skills.
