šŸ“‹ Description

  • • As a Residential Field Specialist at ClearResult Consulting LLC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing energy efficiency initiatives across Wisconsin by building and nurturing relationships with contractors, trade allies, and residential customers to drive program participation and measurable energy savings.
  • • Your work directly supports ClearResult’s mission to create a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by translating technical program offerings into real-world adoption through trusted field engagement and community-based outreach.
  • • Day to day, you will recruit, train, and develop relationships with contractors and trade allies to ensure effective marketing and promotion of energy efficiency programs, acting as a trusted advisor and program ambassador in the field.
  • • You will design and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage residential customers and trade allies, leveraging market research and data to identify high-potential allies and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • • In collaboration with the application fulfillment team, you will research project statuses, communicate updates to stakeholders, and assist customers and contractors in completing rebate applications to reduce friction and improve program conversion rates.
  • • You will conduct on-site assessments of multifamily buildings to identify energy efficiency opportunities, document findings, and develop customized, long-term improvement plans in partnership with building owners and property managers.
  • • By deeply understanding the local customer base—including demographics, housing stock, and behavioral patterns—you will integrate program offerings into customer operations to enhance satisfaction, increase retention, and drive sustained participation.
  • • You will plan, coordinate, and deliver educational events, workshops, and presentations that inform trade allies and customers about program benefits, eligibility, and participation processes, positioning ClearResult as a thought leader in residential energy efficiency.
  • • Serving as a critical liaison between customers and contractors, you will mediate communication, resolve concerns, and align expectations to enhance overall program satisfaction and reduce drop-off rates.
  • • You will continuously monitor market dynamics, accumulate data on local businesses and service providers, and identify key allies to target for program expansion, ensuring your outreach remains strategic and data-informed.
  • • Building and maintaining a robust registry of ā€˜registered’ Trade Allies specific to program requirements will be a core responsibility, enabling scalable and reliable program delivery across your territory.
  • • You will proactively identify barriers to participation—such as financial, informational, or procedural obstacles—and report critical insights to the Program Manager to inform program design improvements and adaptive strategies.
  • • Collaborating with other energy efficiency programs, you will refer eligible projects to complementary initiatives, creating synergies that move projects forward and maximize overall energy savings impact.
  • • Committed to operational excellence, you will seek continuous improvement in workflows, communication protocols, and field practices, sharing best practices with peers and contributing to team-wide learning.
  • • You will prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports, tracking key performance indicators against program goals and using data to refine tactics and demonstrate progress to leadership.
  • • Regular travel to customer sites across Wisconsin is required, enabling you to build authentic relationships, verify installations, and gather firsthand insights that inform program effectiveness.
  • • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in residential energy efficiency program design, building science fundamentals, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven field operations—skills highly transferable to careers in sustainability, utility program management, and climate consulting.
  • • You will gain hands-on experience navigating utility incentive programs, working with diverse contractors and property owners, and contributing to measurable carbon reduction outcomes—positioning you as a valued contributor to the clean energy transition.
