• • The Resolutions Loan Document Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of loan-related documentation within Valon’s mortgage servicing operations, directly supporting homeowner satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and internal efficiency.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing incoming digital mail, generating payoff statements, fulfilling document requests (such as payment histories and amortization schedules), researching and retrieving missing or historical loan documentation, handling borrower and third-party requests (e.g., authorizations, escrow waivers), maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve document-related issues.
