- • The Responsable de Secteur role is a key first step in Unilever’s long-term talent development program, designed to build commercial expertise through field experience before progressing to broader roles at headquarters.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 60 hypermarkets in your assigned geographic zone, operating autonomously under the Regional Director to drive sustainable category performance, ensure in-store execution excellence, and represent Unilever to retail clients.
- • You will deploy commercial strategy in-store, manage assortments and referencing, drive innovation visibility, negotiate and follow up on promotional agreements, implement merchandising actions, support category growth plans, analyze commercial performance, and act as an active field relay for national projects and priorities.
- • Unilever is a global Anglo-Dutch leader in consumer goods with 98% household penetration in France, owning iconic brands like Signal, Dove, Maille, and Sun. - • The path is individualized and not standardized — progression is constructed with management support based on your potential and the company’s needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bac+5 degree (business school, university, or engineering) or 2–3 years of professional experience
- • First experience (internship, apprenticeship, or job) in sales, marketing, mass retail, or FMCG is a plus
- • Strong appetite for field work and business, with a results-driven mindset and taste for challenge
- • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convince and influence stakeholders
- • Autonomy, organization, analytical thinking, and a strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career path
