  • The Restaurant Marketing Specialist at Deliveroo Kuwait plays a pivotal role in driving brand growth and customer engagement by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that enhance restaurant visibility, increase order volume, and strengthen partnerships with local F&B establishments. This role is critical to Deliveroo’s mission of transforming how people access food by connecting consumers with restaurants through innovative, data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business impact in a competitive market.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of annual restaurant marketing plans to drive customer value perception and incremental orders; delivering high-profile marketing innovations with restaurant partners through efficient multi-restaurant promotions and ‘painting the town teal’ visibility initiatives across physical and digital channels; ensuring execution excellence through meticulous program management and attention to detail; collaborating with internal commercial, product, and marketing teams to align on channel strategy and budget allocation; defining, monitoring, and reporting on campaign KPIs while sharing insights with local and global teams; developing and executing marketing programs with minimal oversight while managing multiple projects simultaneously; proposing new ideas with supporting data and projected ROI; proactively collaborating across teams to align promotion execution; maintaining relentlessly high standards in campaign development and deployment; identifying process improvement opportunities and challenging existing approaches; formulating action plans with realistic timelines when addressing issues or opportunities; and ensuring data integrity by validating results across sources, comparing to expectations and historical experiments, and quickly identifying anomalies.

  • In this role, the specialist will develop deep expertise in B2B2C marketing within the food delivery ecosystem, gain hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns for restaurant partners in a high-growth market, and refine skills in data-informed decision making, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. They will build a strong portfolio of executed campaigns that demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence — positioning them for advancement into senior marketing or marketing management roles within Deliveroo or the broader FMCG/F&B and tech industries.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or F&B sectors
  • Proven capability in multi-channel marketing strategy and deployment, data-informed decision making, and performance-based marketing approaches
  • Strong written and spoken English and Arabic language proficiency
  • Comfortable with advanced Google Sheets/Excel, data dashboards, and data mining for analysis to enhance marketing programs
  • Experience in restaurant marketing or eCommerce, with prioritization for candidates familiar with multi-vendor platforms
  • Highly detail-oriented with ability to ensure precision and consistency across tasks
  • Comfortable working with numbers, including budget management
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
